Closed at weekends. Hidden by markets

It says there that they are open all day, it is Monday, it is only 7 pm and they are closed. A complete waste of time

The service towards customers was terrible, I asked them to provide me with the Clabe account for a deposit that I urgently needed and the lady who assisted me (badly) gave me a Clabe account from another account that had expired since 2021. Therefore my deposit was not made and now I have to wait a month for them to clarify what happened to that deposit that did not reach my account. I don't know how there are such irresponsible people working in a bank where things should be very serious.

It cannot be that they have female people who are so useless and inefficient, apart from being rude at the entrance giving shifts, nor do they serve well and are very argumentative with the guard when you complain about their ineptitude.

On weekends you can't go into the ATM, they close with street stalls in front and there is no other bank nearby.
