When it is finally my turn, the girl tells me that the trusts are not in that branch, that it is in the Plaza Caracol and she gives me an email and a phone number so that I can contact them and give me the information. I have been calling at all hours of the day and no one answers that phone, I sent an email and likewise no one has answered me. If anyone from the bank sees or reviews this message, please listen to me, I am not asking for anything as a gift. Terrible service that BBVA provides as far as my experience is concerned, in addition to the fact that they always have a lot of people because they never have enough staff to meet the demand.
