Very bad service, I have 3 very negative experiences that I will relate below so that you can be careful (I hope this does not affect me as a bank customer). The first is that my grandmother was made to take out insurance to be able to increase the level of the account, which upon investigation, this practice is prohibited by Condusef. BBVA online helped us cancel the insurance, we are waiting for the refund. The bank executive did not even increase the level of the account, she only activated the BBVA app, we did the process from the same app to increase the level of the account. When I complained the next day to the branch, the director and the executive put themselves into a very heavy plan that by canceling the insurance the account would also be canceled, that it was necessary to contract Libreton Premium, to which I requested my grandmother's documents and we are leaving. The second negative experience is that I had a pre-approved credit card to which I mentioned that I did not want it and they lied to me saying that it was necessary to acquire it otherwise I would go to the credit bureau. As such, BBVA has always solved these situations for me through the BBVA line, but I dare say that in this branch they take advantage of people's ignorance. The third negative experience was that when I rated this branch in the same bank system negatively, the next day I attended, the director called me and complained about the rating when it is supposed to be anonymous. In conclusion, I recommend avoiding this branch and doing everything online or by phone, otherwise, anything that does not seem consistent or is not written in a document, do not accept it and investigate. These situations are unfortunate, since as clients we are often unaware of these financial issues.

The attention of their executives is correct, very good kindness

The bad thing about this bank is that when people gather too much, the tellers who are working are efficient at it, the waiting line becomes tedious and very boring seeing and looking everywhere at faces of people stressed because of their payment, withdrawal or transaction is faster. Although the bank has already been made larger, it has a big disadvantage in that they do not have a bathroom for their clients, which, even if it had a cost, I think would help them get people to go to it! Also an opinion because they don't put some seats for those customers who bring their children or elderly people to rest and avoid a longer wait! The bank has a lot of space but it needs to make its clientele comfortable!
