One of the worst bank experiences I've ever had. Safe yourself time and go to the other office.
People there just don't want to help you, that's it, poor attitude and no customer service skills
Extremely poor service.
I just went there for 2 days and they didn't let me speak with an advisor, they kept me in the waiting room for more than 2 hours.
They should make the complaint telephone numbers visible.
Bad service in terms of bad information, they make you wait too long to request to open a payroll account to make a portability. I don't like the service and I'm thinking of canceling my portability for that reason. 3 hours waiting

Too many people. Maybe because of the day and time. People line up, not knowing where they are going. You have one to ask.
