The training of their staff is very insufficient, when I questioned them about how to open an account, they did not know how to answer me. The truth is that I do not recommend this bank, their customer service leaves me with a lot to say.

The attention with the miss. Arlet Velázquez is excellent. I did not give 5 stars because the air conditioning does not work and it is very hot inside the bank.

Years ago, when I went to open an account, I could only do so on the condition that I buy his stupid insurance.
