Some people cannot get out of our jobs to go to the bank (they have the same hours from Monday to Friday 9-4) and the FEW that open on Saturdays in a miserable ranch like Chihuahua... choose not to respect the hours and do not open. They really should stop their greed and pay their employees so they can serve their customers.

To cancel a credit card, by telephone they told us 3 times to go directly to an official... when we arrived they refused to speak to an executive, so we went on to speak with the manager who, when we explained the case, clearly we Annoyed, they stopped us dead and started yelling at us to leave the branch, terrible service... I know in case someone is upset and they don't want to listen to you or solve anything for you, in addition to treating you badly and kicking you out

Once again no access mail. U.U oh my goodness that happens to me being new to the institution.

I went today, Saturday, August 19, to see what this branch says here on the page that it would be open, which was not the case. I went at 10:00 a.m. and there it says that there would be service from 9:00 a.m.

Good service experience, when using ATMs, it is not necessary to queue inside to carry out procedures that can be done at the ATM and they are open every day.
