Very good customer service, fast service, communication to perfection, removes all doubts that one has for your comfort, almost most of the time I go there for faster service than in other branches.
I have BBVA services, both debit and credit, but from my mobile I cannot access the account statement, the application simply freezes, and if I go there is a huge queue. It's desperate, because I urgently need the account statement for a job that I am about to lose due to the lack of this document.
But the executives and the owners don't understand what interests them is the money and not the client.

They lack staff, it is not correct to make anyone wait more than an hour in line outside the bank, it is annoying, tiring and risky.

I use it to make deposits at their ATMs, because the advantage of BBVA is that they have ATMs that allow deposits in all their branches.

The usual, some reception officials treat you badly, like the guard at the door, they need some CIVIC education... Something courtesy then...!!!
