The executives at Velaria Mall lack courtesy, especially the person in cubicle 2 answers in a somewhat hostile manner and spends it on his cell phone. I didn't like the treatment at all.
I spent almost two hours waiting to be attended by an executive. Which was making those two hours less with ONE client teaching him how to use the app. Incredible but true.
