TERRIBLE ATTENTION The executives don't know their processes, they don't know how to solve their problems, they are poorly organized and they waste a lot of time while you see how they make fools of each other because no one knows how to do things, if you need a better procedure, don't even approach them, look for another branch

It used to be a good branch of this bank, although small for the downtown area on holidays, weekends and payment periods. However, it has interrupted the ATM service for two weekends in December 2021, due to remodeling, becoming an intermittent and unreliable service. The parking area is small but has ramps for disabled access. The ATMs are constantly sanitized as each customer vacates them. Inside it has few windows in the cashier area, so you normally queue outside the bank. I recommend using the ATMs at this branch only from Monday to Friday.
