I went to the branch because I received a data update notification that the application did not allow me to finish by phone when it should have done so since it gives you the option. That was approximately a month ago and the executive Norma D. E. P. V. assisted me and today my account is BLOCKED because she did not report it in the system! I am a PREGNANT woman and I am SICK and because of this executive's mistake I must go again when I did EVERYTHING RIGHT. 🙄😡
Bad service, I just went to collect covid support from CDMX and they took the document inside to end by saying that due to failures in the system they cannot pay it, in this branch I was going to open an account, since I have had many problems with the Aztec bank tellers; It is the closest to my home and with these anomalies and inefficiency I will think about another institution.
