Borderline criminal ATM fees. 6 times the cost for withdrawing pesos than at other banks. Unfortunately they have a bit of a monopoly in Todos. Don’t use this bank unless absolutely necessary

Absolutely appalling bank, bordering on fraud for withdrawing Canadian currency. 174 pesos to take out 3,000 pesos plus a 6%+ commission. Do not withdraw money here. Street vendor would give a better rate.

ATM area is safe and clean. English and Spanish options. No problems using standard atm card from a us bank. Withdrawal cash in pesos, always confuses me when they show a $ for pesos too. 81peso service charge and about 18.5 exchange rate when the days rate was 20.2. Not great but acceptable.

They have 5 atm machines so I have never seen a long line. Parking is available in the back but wouldn't recommend for larger vehicles as spaces are small.
