Executives do the best they can. But in my opinion, when it comes to immigration documents, they lack training or improvements in the computer system. The same as in international transfers, such as: what the IBAN consists of, how to get the account number from the IBAN, etc.... which is the BIC or SWIFT or ABA or BLZ. This is dedication to work to answer the opinion at 12:00 at night. Congratulations !
