Many technologies and they do not apply them. Incongruent and inconsistent some of its employees. The policies do not apply to everyone. Discrimination accordingly. I like the bank and they are regularly attentive. But exceptions are very uncomfortable.
What a shame that, being one of the most recognized banks, they are so unfriendly with customer service, out of 6 tellers only 2 working, and what to say if you are not a customer, you have to wait literally hours to cash a check... and The saddest thing is that they don't care.
The attention for a few months has been terrible, before it was because they had few windows and now it is because of the 6 windows they have they only serve two, in addition to the fact that they make you train outside and then people arrive who are going to do x procedures and they pass them without doing lines and they give them turns before those who make us train even though we are clients too, and it is not that they are VIP clients, but rather they are just people who ask if they can do x procedure and they pass them by ignoring those of us who have been there longer waiting, I have to come to this bank because it is literally next to my work and it is the closest but their attention is not like when they first opened
