Terrible service at the window. 30 minutes waiting so they wouldn't want to cash me a check. The staff really lacks training.

There is no security guard. The executives do not respect the shift given when entering. They constantly have to make calls to "confirm" data that is obvious. The treatment is friendly but the training is very poor.

PEEEEEST ATTENTION FROM BANCOMER AT THE OBISPADO MONTERREY BRANCH!!!! IT IS THE SECOND TIME THEY MADE THE MISTAKE OF REMOVING A ZERO FROM THE AMOUNT I HAVE IN CHECK TO DEPOSIT! THEY GIVE ME A RESOLUTION DATE OF ONE MONTH!!! WHO IS GOING TO PAY THE TAXES THAT ARE GOING TO CHARGE ME FOR NOT PAYING ON TIME THE PAYMENTS I HAVE TO MAKE DURING THE MONTH!? BANCOMER?? THE MANAGER BRENDA ROSALES STILL GIVES OUT A PHONE NUMBER THAT DOESN'T WORK.... THE TRUTH THAT THE SERVICE IS GETTING WORSE EVERY TIME IN THE BANKS, I REMEMBER WHEN I WAS A GIRL IMPECCABLE EXECUTIVES... NOW ADMIRABLE!! RARE ONE WHO BEHAVES AT THE HEIGHT AND IS EDUCATED AND ATTENTIVE!!! PFF... THIS IS HOW OUR COUNTRY IS!

For a procedure in which they requested documentation from me, they were unclear about what was requested. They don't let them show a sample so it is difficult to understand what they require.

THIEVES, THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU INFORMATION ABOUT UNRECOGNIZED MOVEMENTS AND THEY DO NOT EXPLAIN TO YOU HOW THEY DO THE SCAM. THEY ONLY DEDICATE TO SAYING CALM DOWN AS IF THAT WOULD GET BACK THE MONEY THEY STOLEN FROM ME.
