20 minutes ago I went to collect a shipment from the USA and when I went to the checkout. A girl named Maira. Box 2. He was very rude and didn't want to help me. He told me that I had 11 password numbers and that it should be 10. And I showed them from the receipt on my cell phone. And he told me he can't use his cell phone. I had to leave the bank or reconfirm the receipt. I called another number again and got another teller, and without any problem I collected the money. And I tried to complain to a supervisor or manager and the other girl wouldn't let me. Well, that maira had already disappeared from the box. Well, he knew what he had done. What a shame about the service, I was thinking of changing to this Bank. And thank God I didn't.
