Banco BBVA

On November 12 I was having trouble getting my ATM card to work. A male employee was helping me. Somehow in the process he managed to get $7000 pesos out of my account then told me my card would not work in their machine. I imagine he transferred the money into his account as no money came out. My bank informed me since my ATM card was used I have no recourse. BEWARE !!

Very slow service and the executives don't answer much of your doubts, plus they close the ATMs all the time.

Very good bank..... If I travel to the United States, can I use my debit card to withdraw money from the ATM? From a BBVA bank or are they not affiliated with the United States?

Bad branch, slow and poorly organized service. It is not possible for a service to lose 5 hours a day. Terrible service.
