Bad attention when appealing for my card. They made me wait and then they gave me my turn to go to the checkout, which is unfair for having arrived earlier and sending me to the checkout line.

I am writing this while I have been sitting here for 1 HOUR and there was only 1 person in front of me who did take a long time but now instead of going to my shift they passed on to some people without a turn who arrived much later than me because they were friends of the executive who is attending and what they talked about was offering the executive a loan and he offered them another, they are not ashamed. (The girl who works as an executive with me has always treated me very well and was genuinely kind, I only talk about the other guy) in the end, after sitting for an hour and a half, I had to leave due to lack of time.

The service is extremely slow, when taking a turn they pass people who are arriving, and someone who has been there for a while is made to wait longer than indicated on the paper. They are saved from having a star because they serve well and often resolve problems.
