I have had a very good experience with Bancomer online or through their social networks for any unforeseen events, they have been able to resolve some issues for me, in the branch a lot depends on the staff who attend, there are some who are friendly and others who are arrogant, on days payments are where there are more people, sometimes not all their ATMs are in operation

Terrible service from this branch, I have been stopped for more than an hour and they have only served 5 people

Bad service. Super large queues outside the bank on a day that is not even close to a fortnight. Only two executives to serve a line of 10 people. More than 2 hours of waiting standing outside under the Sun, plus the attention time.
