Terrible service, inept! They can never solve anything for you, unfortunately it is the branch that is closest to me but only one gets to waste their time, better in another branch I do my procedures.

Very good location and accessible to make banking transactions

A procedure is carried out at the branch and they do not resolve it. They talk by phone and they do not resolve. Regret the decision to open an account with BBVA.

There are few branches open and the waiting time is very excessive in the branches like this one available, to go through with an executive you wait even longer, only 2 people go through in the span of 1 hour, many security measures inside the bank but no matter how the users are, they are standing in long lines outside. The line to go to the bank goes around the entire square.
