How can it be possible that the banking institution on Friday at noon and with the waiting room full and only two cash registers in operation, terrible service and too much waiting time?

A scammer swallowed my card and never returned it to me immediately. I reported it. Be careful, I really don't recommend these ATMs for transactions.

April 2021. Banking institution that has facilities that constantly require cleaning in the ATM area, due to the flow of people in this branch. Regarding the employees who serve the cashier area, it seems that two are insufficient. The executives in the cubicles must be patient with the customers, some do not know how to be instructions and then they make it seem that the user was at fault. I believe that customer service should be constantly evaluated. The covid control measures at the door of this institution seem insufficient.

There are people doing nothing standing talking to each other and the line just accumulates and they don't reach out to anyone, the worst service their customer service is the worst in this branch
