Worse attention received. I came because one of your ATMs swallowed my card. First they offer you credits and products and it takes them millions of years to resolve a situation that is their responsibility. I do not recommend the bank or the branch. Terrible service at the branch. In no other country have I seen such a mess in a bank. At first, when issuing the card, they said that they would not be able to activate the application and the online bank for me using my phone number. The bank staff at Polanco did a great job and were able to activate everything. Then a week later my card was blocked - payments and transfers stopped working. The employees of this bank showed me my balance through an ATM and said that after 24 hours the card would be unblocked, but after 24 hours nothing happened - the card still does not work. I do not recommend this bank

It is the branch with the WORST service. Unfortunately it was my only option to have my payroll and from the beginning I had many problems due to the incompetence of the people who work there. They are lazy, rude and want to see your face - in order to receive my full payroll they asked me to open a credit card! Of course I said no and escalated it with the manager, who confirmed that this was not necessary (note that even the manager was pedantic and disinterested). They change staff but it doesn't make any difference, every time I went, the treatment was the same or worse. I am grateful that I was able to change banks because I don't even want to continue with them. If you are looking to go solve a problem, save yourself time and go to another branch... or change banks.
