The people who serve this "bank branch" make comments about the people and the clothing, which actually has nothing to do with their work, they are not focused on providing good, fast and formal service. I have never heard in any other branch criticize us for what accessories we use or who pays for our "luxuries"👎 The only one who respects you and treats you kindly is the man who takes care of the parking lot even if it is voluntary 👌

Today I went to make a transfer, unfortunately the staff at the door gave me undignified treatment; who decided to give attention to another person, assisting them in everything they were doing, leaving other users and me at the entrance without informing us anything and without sending anyone to assist us; I decided on my own to get my service number at the window and go to take a seat; The user who arrived before me and the person at the entrance paid attention to detail asked me if he could sit next to me, which I had no problem doing, this person takes a seat and then the person at the entrance arrives who did not attend to us at any time and comments that I have to go to the seats in the back, I also wonder how come I had an attention number and if that were not enough, he takes my number and brings me another one, the number that He had taken me away, it was the one that was next and the one he gave me made me wait longer to be served at the window, I decided not to make a fuss, I only mentioned it to the employee first, say hello good afternoon, ignoring my call. The cashier staff treated me in a polite and proper manner. Just because the evaluation asks for stars, but personally I wouldn't give it any; I don't plan to return to that bank again. Aren't they supposed to train them to serve the public?

Good afternoon, make the telephone line efficient, not everything can be done with the options you have, put humans to answer that is the option that customers need!!!
