But it doesn't stop there, I go to this branch again to activate the app on my cell phone and they tell me no, because it is a minor's account I cannot have
the app until he reaches the age of majority 🙄.
I go to Altaria again and they activated the app super quickly.
So and in summary, TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
