I believe that this bank should no longer have staff, today I went to make a payment I showed my card to request an appointment and go to the window I did not finish approaching and the advisor told me it is not at the ATMs here, I have doubts regarding my payment and he didn't even want to support me, every day people want to do less things
Grateful for the human warmth of his staff. The young people were super attentive when we went with my mother in a wheelchair. They gave us priority, very respectful.
Unfortunately in other banking institutions we suffer a lot, which is why I highly recommend this BBVA branch, which also has parking for its clients. !! Congratulations!!
5 times trying to solve facial recognition of the app, they can't help me, they are a bunch of inept people, in the end I'm going to cancel the account, their app doesn't work
