Terrible attention, it is a branch that does not give value to the user, to pass with an executive it is necessary to wait hours and hours, they do not use the shifts and pass to the users according to their internal criteria. I have never attended such an unprofessional branch.
The BBVA service is terrible, they make you waste a whole morning, for a process that seems super simple, the replacement of a credit card that they themselves begged you to give you and that they themselves recommend that I block and give you, according to them a new one in a matter of minutes, but this never happens.
The truth is shameful, the poor attention and the lack of empathy and expeditious and quality service from this bank, it is a true nightmare to go to their offices for any procedure, it takes you a whole morning and even then your case is not resolved .
I do not recommend under any circumstances their poor services, they need a real rethinking of their policies, training of staff and customer service, in short, a real waste of time!!!

I was there for about an hour and 15 minutes, they only have two executives working and it takes about 1 hour per person.
I ended up at HSBC opening the accounts.
