I have been a client at this sucursal for 2 years. They have been excellent. They are willing to help their client and patiently listening to foreigner’s spoken Spanish.

Terrible service, I went more or less at 3, and all the executives were walking around and not paying attention. I waited a long time, really a long time for them to just tell me to do the process from my application, I saw that they did the same to other people, some even became desperate and preferred to leave.

They served well, but from the entrance, I don't know if there was anywhere to sit.

Excellent service, very friendly and efficient. Thank you for everything, you helped me a lot!
