Good customer service!

They do not follow the processes as they should when an ATM keeps your money, they are rude and arrogant, they say that the manager is not going to serve us, I have been here for 3 months and since they think that customers do not know how it works, they take advantage, at least that is my experience. My company is going to turn it over to condusef. Don't leave it and demand that they are here to guide you, not to steal your money. This happened at the CD branch. Hidalgo Michoacán I don't know if the manager is aware or her employees are doing things wrong. But what a bad image their hires give. And customers do know how an ATM outage works. It's the same day so they don't have to keep your money any longer. These are processes and they are not eternal.

There is no service, they no longer serve after 3:30 p.m., the branch or cleaning staff do not allow cash to be withdrawn from any till or box if they are unoccupied, and since August 28, ATMs or branch service have not been operating.

It is very good that there is a branch in Ciudad Hidalgo. The problem is that your staff is not sufficiently trained for the excessive number of customers.

They have several modern ATMs, for deposits and more operations, very good.
