Just use the ATM to make a payment and there are no problems, there are 4 ATMs available and functional.

They don't respect turns, they close the door in your face and don't solve anything for you.

The executives are very slow, they could not solve my problem... More training for your executives, I changed payroll with you (BBVA) because I liked your service but apparently I was wrong, do not go to this branch

I don't know why they don't attend me at the call center. I can't make payments over the phone. And branches closed. Where am I headed? We cannot go out and closed branch cards are blocked. To do.....!!!!!.

It is incredible that when you are at the window and want to make a cash deposit, they deny you the service and send you to the ATM to deposit. Terrible policy, terrible service and no kindness from the cashiers.
