Too bad it can't be evaluated with zero stars... The worst BBVA in all of Aguascalientes, slow service and inept workers. Go to López Mateos on the corner of Convencion, much better service.

Terrible service. The supposed Executives are better off Chatting on their Cell Phones when they are supposed to be banned inside, while the Customers who keep them waiting up to 50 minutes. What a shame!!

Terrible service, long waiting time at the window. There are not enough staff

2 hours waiting for executive just that and it never happened I left

I wish I could give 0 stars, the waiting time is very high, the executives let people come in without an appointment, I have 2 hours here and they don't give me an answer.
