I really like BBVA bank but the Paseo Querétaro branch is not very efficient. It's one of the slowest I've ever been to. A great advantage in this and in all of BBVA are the digital shifts.
Excellent service, I understand that it has a very large influx since it covers a large part of the city and we all want to be given priority; However, the use of the app or the electronic tools they offer can speed up care.
Very busy, but it is understandable because of the area, but the executives do everything possible to serve all the people who arrive, and always have a good attitude
Inefficient and slow executives spend their time talking and on the cell phone, I stayed waiting for 1 hour for two people to be served and when it was finally my turn they passed on to other people who did not have an appointment and who, according to what they were already doing, were in the process, when in that whole hour I saw them, it is the worst branch in all the years I have been
I give it one star because it can't be less.
The huge waiting line, the super slow executives, looking at their cell phone between shifts, there are shifts that are super late, I had to wait an hour and a quarter to finish leaving because people kept arriving who passed before me and they were even closing Branch office. I see that many people complain about its inefficiency and it is a shame that they did not see the opinions before going, I hope that there are people who do take that precaution so that they save their courage and valuable time.
