Although I like most of the BBVA BANCOMER banks in Mexico--this is one of the ones that is not so good. And it is large y in centro-- probabley the most easy to get too. Lines can be overwhelming here y on Fridays---forget it----impossible to get service. If you are able to get yo the front of the line --most of the cashiers are very unfriendly or unwilling to help. NOT RECOMMENDED. Better to go to Revolution y 9th branch--always friendly service. Pay parking is available though, at the COPPEL parking area near the store.

Worst customer service I have had. Call customer service is even worst. So frustrating try to get a call . When they answer you, they don't want to take the problem , then they said they will transfer to other person and after 15 min. waiting, they hang on the phone. Don't waste your time with this bank.

WHEN MY LADY GOT ROBBED, WE WENT TO THIS BRANCH TO REPORT IT . HER BANK CARD WAS STOLEN. NO ONE AT THE BANK HELPED HER OR DID ANYTHING AT ALL TO ASSIST HER. A PERSON THAT GIVES NUMBERS TO PEOPLE POINTED TO A PHONE WITHOUT ANY EYE CONTACT , REFUSED TO LISTEN TO HER, AND THE RUDEST THAT WE EVER ENCOUNTED IN OUR LIVES. THIS ACCOUNT WILL BE CLOSED SOON. ON THE PHONE THERE WAS ONLY RECORDED MESSAGES. HOW CAN AN ACCOUNT NUMBER BE GIVEN IF IT WAS STOLEN. I TRIED TO HELP HER BY GOING TO THE WINDOW AND EXPLAINING BUT WAS IGNORED. THE CRUELEST MOST INDIFFERENT TREATMENT EVER, VERY TRAUMATIC. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT THIS AND BE MINDFULLY PREPARED.

They have the worst service I have seen most of the employees are just asking what are we here for of instead of helping their clients and the female's employees have a moment to start walking around like if they are important not really doing what they are supposed to be doing.
