The executive Lilia Cárcamo has terrible service, she did not give me support or clarify my doubts when I requested it, she is terrible at her job!! Very bad experience with that executive

Terrible attention from the cashier 2 executive, she sees the address of my procedure and automatically wants to help me find another branch to attend to me since she has a lot of work and is saturated! The problem is that someone asks you to speak to your supervisor and in a very cynical tone says I have the right to look for another branch!
