Terrible service, for attention with executives they do not respect the shifts, the reception staff give preference to their acquaintances and pass them directly as they arrive; from an estimated wait of 27 minutes in which we were only 3 people, it became 2 hours, an elderly client had to withdraw because he could not stand that long. The manager's excuse was that several of the "cold" were customers who had arrived earlier in another shift another day, and who returned to continue with their process, or who only came for an account statement or problems with their mobile banking, which They were the same reasons why those of us who did take turns were waiting. Disappointing and zero interest on the part of the branch manager to resolve situations for HER CLIENTS. The app is very nice and everything, but in terms of customer service, the service is very lousy. They are not interested in knowing what or why; You are a number for them, I felt like I was in a government office where the last thing they want is to serve you, and not only that, they don't want to solve ANYTHING for you.
