Clean bank, in all its areas, good service and kindness on the part of its executives, the currencies do change at the published price 💱. In addition to that, they have enough ATMs, all working 🏧. Note that they do work on SATURDAYS.
Beware of the "Account Executives" at this branch, especially a fat dark-haired man with glasses. Gives incorrect information, lies during the account opening process by adding mandatory services with made-up information. He will get you into unnecessary trouble, avoid being attended to by him. These types of advisors will do anything to take extra weight into their pockets, regardless of compromising your assets.
I went to the Sanjose del Cabo branch, where my problem was that I wanted to update my information to receive more deposits, however they told me that I only had two options: a savings fund or a payment of approximately 500 pesos, and they told me that these two options only bbva gave me, I accepted the 500 option as long as I could receive my salary, and well, after months, I had a problem with a charge, I called the bbva line and they asked me if I had a loan or insurance to which I answered that only a commission to be able to receive more deposits, however, they told me that it is a free screen and they should not force me or give me these two options, the fact is that the advisor lied to me and made me take out insurance without telling me, (I think that he did it since they obviously receive commissions) and I paying a month for a service that was supposed to be free, I canceled the insurance, but I want to say this so they don't get fooled IT WAS IN THE CENTER BRANCH THE ADVISOR HAS GLASSES, HE IS BROWN, HE IT WAS THE ONE WHO LIED TO ME!! Surely he has done it with more people,...
Apart from the long wait times and level of incompetence that you can normally expect from any banking establishment, here the branch is also closed during what should be business hours.
Here in San José I think there is only one other branch so there aren't many options and that's why they can do whatever they want.
