I can't give it 1 star because it is a convenient location for an ATM but the attention given by the executives is terrible. They're not rude, at least, but they don't tell you how to use their products. You go to take out health insurance and they don't tell you how to use it... then you go around going to private doctors (because you think they cover them) and it turns out that they didn't explain to you that you have to add your immediate family members to the insurance. policy at the time of contracting! So all those expenses, doctors, medicines, studies, you don't recover them because they don't explain them well!!
Tell me, are we in a country where we all know how to use financial services?? Are we taught how to use health insurance in school? Of course not!!!! The sellers of these services are on the FRONT LINE to combat financial ignorance in our country but in this branch they have an apathy that instead of being part of the solution they are part of the problem!!!!!!!
Terrible branch, extremely slow employees, more than two hours of waiting to be with an executive, apart from the person who organizes the line is good for two things and for the same, I recommend you go to another branch if you can or to another bank!! !!!!
