Terrible service. They are too lazy to make property payments and they send you to internships. It is the only branch that denies counter service. The competing bank (Banamex) that is opposite. It provides you with the service without complaints, faces, or excuses even when the bank is full of people.

If you have to do a better procedure, go to Citibanamex or any other bank, there are many nearby.

Be very careful, I went to withdraw money and there was a kind of ruler attached to the ATM covering the money outlet, as I have already seen several videos, I did not move from there until I removed the ruler.
