Terrible service. Too much waiting time with executives for simple procedures that cannot be carried out in the APP or by telephone

They have very lousy customer service. On October 26, 2021, my mom wanted to withdraw money that my sister had deposited with her. The employee who helped him told him that the key did not exist. My mother did not leave the bank. I call their Wells Fargo bank in the US immediately and they had to give my mother the money because Wells Fargo contacted Bancomer and they were put in her place. It is so ugly that there are people like this who want to steal and even more so when they want to rob tourists who visit their country of origin.
