I went to the branch to make a school payment which asked me to make the payment directly at the cashier, however the lady limited herself to just saying that payments at the cashier are no longer accepted, I told her that the institution asked us to make that payment at the cashier due to the seal they provide and again he only told me that they no longer accept payments there. It is really annoying that we come for the service and that they do not even try to give you help or explanation, I do not know if it is true that they no longer receive it, honestly if they gave us more options we would not have the need to go to them.

Terrible service I went to process my payroll card and the staff only told me that I should have the bank's application on my cell phone and that I should also take data to carry out the process since the bank cannot give me access to Wi-Fi, the next day I I present and the processing of my card could not be carried out either because according to what it could not be done on my cell phone and the staff told me that I would fill out the application at home and that I would present myself another day to finish the process. And I am surprised by this bank that the sales agent has never captured any information from my INE, or from the letter from my work to give me the payroll card, everything they wanted to do on my mobile. little trained staff to work in the institution. thank you
