A disastrous service, slow, rude, and rude, as you can imagine that one Tuesday, after a holiday weekend, I came to do a procedure, because I was urgent and they open until 11 in the morning, please ,,,,I won't be back, thank you very much but I hope they close this branch since it is no good.

The attention is good. Sometimes it gets very crowded which makes operations a bit slower. They have the protocols against covid. Sometimes there are ATMs that don't work well and that delays the operation even more. But generally very good attention and speed.
