Unfortunately the service has declined a lot, people are piling up at the entrance, they all say they are elderly, the person who attends at the entrance leaves us waiting outside when it is empty inside, there are 8 cashiers, but there are only 2 or 3 serving and the rest are always eating, they are not even the shadow of what they were

Do yourself a favor and take your money to another bank that shows a little respect for their customers. I went in to do operations at the teller on Friday, July 1st. Waited more than 2 hours in line. I'll never set foot in a BBVA branch ever again.

I have been there many times and always receive excellent service from Omar and Daniel. It's comforting to know as a foreigner who speaks very little Spanish that there are professional, understanding and extremely friendly financial advisors in Mexico. Thank you very much Daniel and Omar for all your time and fabulous customer service.

One of the best BBVA Bancomer branches in Tijuana, the service is great, they treat you with respect, wait time is not that long. There's always parking space at Paseo Chapultepec. But what makes this branch one of the best is that its one of the few in Tijuana that open on Saturdays!
