Terrible service, we had a very bad experience with this bank when depositing money, the machine swallowed it and we immediately raised the report and it is the date that nothing has been resolved since June, we have gone to the gallery branch in Zapopan and the ATMs They treat us badly with a lack of education towards our person and little empathy without knowing what we are going to tell us that they do not have any data as if they were fortune tellers nor do they have the report number and they deny us help, we speak with the cashier manager and with the branch manager and nothing else, they have made us go 3 times, one that the money was already there and nothing that they were missing a real piece of information, do not go to this branch I am a client and this place leaves much to be desired, what a pity they do not go. The manager of the pza galerias gdl branch has a very bad and poor attitude. He cares little about customer satisfaction. Just visit the branch. Few employees, executives who leave their desk alone for more than 15 minutes even though there are people waiting. The manager with little or almost no reaction capacity. Not recommended to go to the branch.
Bancomer is a good bank but with bad employees 😡. Pity

Terrible branch, I wanted to make a deposit to my debit card and according to them I couldn't because it didn't have enough limit and I had to take out insurance for 8 months, I better went to another bank to deposit it and there was no problem, quite dishonest.
