Banco BBVA

On the page it says that it is open, but it is 8:11 am and it is closed, there is only access to the ATMs. And nowhere did I see the opening hours. I'm here at the Civac branch. I suggest updating the hours on the venue's website.

All BBVA are good at least in my experience.

Now they have more ATMs, it is bigger and there is still a line to withdraw money. Suggestion: if you see that there are people waiting to use the ATM, why don't the people who are going to pay something go to be attended to by the staff inside the bank. ATMs where you can make payments are also slower.

Terrible service They take too long in the Executive area, I was there for 50 minutes and I better left.

They don't have their healthy distance, there is no one to put order or see the lines they are going to enter or the cashier. Whether it's Plaza Cuernavaca, or Los Gallos in Jiutepec, it always has a relaxed atmosphere at its entrance.
