A very clean and well organized place
The young man who guides and organizes is very attentive and helpful. They were not only friendly, they were also efficient and fast. I have gone three times with the executive in this month of August and it has not taken more than 20 minutes. Normally there is a line for the cashiers, window and executives but it flows quickly 👍🏾
Terrible service, very bad attention from the manager and the cashiers of that branch, she has no tact or respect for the elderly, they treated a lady with a hearing disability terribly and they still give her a bad face because she asked to be repeated what they were telling him, it's supposed to be his job to help, not DENIGRATE.
It is a real crap service, I do not understand why BBVA has not taken charges in the matter.???
The cashier did not want to receive a payment and threw the documents at me, I asked to speak to the manager Pat to report the incident and he did not want to attend to me, he sent me to the individual who is at the ATMs and he just said it's fine, I will inform him to the manager.!
It is worse than a bank from the time of the revolution. All the good things about its products and services in electronic banking and App fall with these employees who should have been out of this bank for a long time….
The good thing is that there is Santender, HSBC, Banorte and high schools, more good options!
