We will see if the comments in Apodaca center are true, the line is long. I went to this branch on a Saturday and there were not many people. They assisted me quickly to update my tax information. Only that when I wanted to upgrade my account I had to forcefully take out insurance. Very badly.

Very bad service. They provide you a service without prior notice. And, of course, you must pay every month. When I saw it in my account, I called at least 10 times to get my money refunded. (And of course not completely, because they take their commission). Now, the process is still ongoing. Each time, you have to change folios and call them to be informed about the progress and verify if the documents are correct. They do not provide any follow up via email or call. You must call them every time for the process to move forward... Of course, more and more documents are missing that HAVE NEVER REQUESTED/SPECIFIED. They just want reasons not to refund anything and make you tired. Moral of the story, don't trust banks and be very careful with what you sign. It is simply an organized scam. For people who wish to open an account, be careful not to be charged the "Meta Seguro", especially if you are a foreigner.
