Terrible service, you only have one digital ATM for deposits and it often fails, and I have already seen seven ATMs make no deposits "because the system does not allow deposits" and magically if a manager arrives the system accepts smaller deposits. Since they depend on this only digital ATM it is a lousy service.
The person who was at the entrance (on a Tuesday at 2:30) was super helpful, helping everyone and making the procedures for the clients more dynamic, very nice and friendly, my respects (and thanks) to her. I went to process a new account and he guided me through the entire procedure. And the cashiers were also getting the job done quickly. They have good parking, although not as many ATMs or tills. But knowing how to choose a time you get in and out quickly.
