Seems like a decent place to work for. But there’s so much lack of communication and training. The enthusiasm on training is mediocre and feel staff is only there for a paycheck which I get. As far as management goes they only do their jobs during the week and leave it to their mediocre oncall on the weekends to solve issues. If you have a issue good luck you’re on your own. A supervisor doesn’t exist only in office not on site.
I have autism myself and used to be with their HAB program. I would give them a 5 star rating if they had more staff like Jeremy haladay, Tony ellis, and Colby Burt. but alot of their problem is that they have alot of lazy staff and when problems are brought up to them
by clients nothing is done about. Yet clients are going to know alot more of what goes on in their own home

Scum bag company. I get why every review is about poor communication.

We love the staff! Balance has given us our children back. Words could never express how much they’ve done to help and perfect services for my son.

I worked for balance autism for over 3 years. Management is impossible to get a hold of, and management doesn’t care about its employees.
