BIRKENSTOCK Venice Beach

They stole my money. I paid for a pair of shoes in store and was given a broken pair. Luckily I noticed before I left the store and they promised to send me another pair as they didn’t have more of that size in stock. It’s been over a month and they have yet to send me my shoes! They keep saying they haven’t gotten any in stock but I’ve had two different friends buy the same pair from that location in that size this month. This is theft buyer beware.

Staff seems over it like they’re above selling sandals. It so weird. 2 stars because they have a good selection and stock. Associates need some training. Next time I’m taking a drive to the Weho location. They are so nice and eager to serve over there.

Do not buy the Birko-Flor material. It stains way too easily. Mine got really bad. They look dirty. Be sure to buy the natural leather ones. The Birko-Flor have no guarantee and you can’t return them. At least that’s what the employee told me. That’s an expensive lesson for me to learn. It’s unfortunate a company that supposedly makes a high quality product does not help you out in these cases. To be fair it has been eight months, but I did not expect this. My family owns several Birkenstocks, which are leather, and they don’t have this problem. Just do your research before you pay this kind of money for an expensive product. Also, it’s my fault for buying these compared to the other ones because they were $30 cheaper. I didn’t know the difference. I just liked that the straps were black instead of brown I wish an employee would have explained to me the difference.

The guy that helped me was so nice and patient. This was my first pair of Birkenstocks and he helped me figure my size out, and find the perfect pair, and I could not be more happier with them!
