Terrible attention from the staff at the entrance. It is the second time that I have left there in a bad way, for the second time they did not have the ABILITY or KNOWLEDGE to solve my problem, they serve me with hesitation and without giving options to resolve, they should better train the staff at the entrance. Regret having opened an account with BBVA. (Let's see if you are curious to know where they failed AGAIN, you might as well contact me, if you really care about your clients).

It takes time to serve depending on the number of people, however the branch manager is very friendly, I would say he is the one who works the hardest, and solves the problems that arise. The rest of the staff is very friendly.

This comment is about the ATMs, this branch has a pilot, so they can make payments and deposits, I have not visited the branch for teller service as such, but I wanted to say that this branch has a pilot so that they do not turn around in vain to other ATMs like the ones in Plaza Dorada

There is parking although it is almost always full. It has two ATMs to deposit and 4 to withdraw. Due to the pandemic it seems that it has been closed. It has a good location, close to the squares, very central.

Good bank, sometimes the staff service is not so good, but the app service is very good
