1 star for Terrible sanitary measures in the midst of the contingency and why
They are not clear. Yesterday I lost 1 hour on a simple card replacement. Only because I didn't have a passport. They were not considerate enough from the moment I arrived to tell me I needed it.
Today I returned with everything I needed... It's been more than an hour since they helped me and I still can't replace my card and the executive who helped me "isn't there"... Like losing "not being there".. There are only 2 executives attending and 1 "is not there" while they have the branch "saturated" and with at least 10 people queuing outside...
In the end, 2.5 hours of waiting... I'm leaving without a card... How annoying. 2nd day without being able to have my money and one more to go to try to finish that process.
Horrible!!
When you need some information or telephone advice, only recorders answer and you have to provide data first, there is only 01800 and there is no way to contact the branch that interests you directly or with anyone. It is frustrating that there is no attention between people. On the other hand, the attention at the Bank is good, but due to my work schedule I cannot go to request the information I require.
They are not honest, they give less money, check when you go to make a withdrawal, they are robbing account holders. We were missing a lot of money. They tell us that this is how the packages come out of the vault, so inside is the thief and they did not recover the missing amount which were several bills where I go to recover them.
They should be open on Sundays. Today I need a retreat and the one in Plaza de las Américas is the one closest to me. And oh disappointment it's closed.
