I have never had a bad experience with this Bank. Unfortunately, they have cashier staff that discriminate and treat customers in a derogatory manner. Today, July 17, my partner was treated and made him feel bad to the point of making him cry for despising and refusing to make a deposit of 2000 pesos in 1 peso coins. This was not enough for him and he, along with other personnel from the motorcycle area company, made comments about it, making his poor treatment more evident.
It is urgent to take actions and lift and proceed until the last due to humiliation, discrimination and denial of service.
